Meet the experienced and friendly doctor and staff who make Bainbridge Eye Care a proud provider of vision care products and services in Bainbridge.


Julia Harrison, O.D.

Photo of Dr. HarrisonJulia Harrison graduated from The University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry in 2018 and lived in Tifton with her husband, Bennett Harrison for 5 years. She has had a dream to own an optometry practice near her hometown of Cairo, Ga, and has decided to fulfill that dream in Bainbridge.

She and her husband are proud parents of two sons. She is currently serving on the Georgia Optometric Association Board of Trustees and desires to help the optometric profession further its scope of practice and be a part of any changes to its laws in the state. She enjoys helping families monitor their eye health and vision and is proud to provide that care in Bainbridge and to call it her home.


Frank Flowers, O.D.

Dr. Flowers graduated from the University of Georgia, Athens, Ga, with a bachelor’s degree in biology in 1985. Dr. Flowers attended the Southern College of Optometry, Memphis, Tennessee, where he received an additional bachelor’s degree in physics and earned his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1989. Immediately after graduation, he returned to his hometown and entered private practice. He likes practicing in a rural setting with patients who still remember his parents and grandparents. His scope of practice includes patients of all ages and diverse needs. He sees patients for eyeglasses and contact lenses, eye infections, eye injuries, cataracts, glaucoma, and diabetes. Dr. Flowers is married to Pam Dorminy Flowers (he knew she was the one when they met in the junior high band room) from Albany, Ga. They have two sons, Grayson and Brice, and enjoy being Mimi and Opa to their grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys the beach, flying powered planes, flying gliders, and playing trumpet in the Bainbridge Community Band.

Silvia Lopez

Silvia is from South Florida and now lives in Bainbridge. She enjoys living in a small town and meeting new people. She is married and has 4 wonderful children. She is currently attending Southern Regional Technical College in Bainbridge to become a Licensed Practical Nurse. In her spare time she enjoys doing photography and helping people.


Ana Estala

Ana is from Bainbridge, GA. She’s a mother to a 2-year-old boy! She enjoys being his mommy and creating memories with him. She also enjoys spending time with her friends, dancing, going to new places, trying new recipes and overall having a good time.


Tonia Bivins

Tonia was born and raised in Mitchell County, GA. She met her true love in 2013 and moved to Panama City Beach to start a life with him. They decided to move to Bainbridge, GA in 2020 to be closer to friends and family and enjoy the country life. She has a son and daughter-n-law who has blessed her with 2 very loving grandchildren. They stay with them often and they enjoy doing arts and crafts together. They also enjoy riding ATVs, swimming and playing with their farm animals. She enjoys having family and friends over for grilling and taking day trips to the beach on the motorcycle. She loves spending time in the north Georgia mountains when she is able to as well.
